Peppa Pig

One of my friends saw the Minnie mouse card I made and wanted to know
if I could do peppa pig, always one for a bit of a challenge I had a look
on line and had a play.  It took a couple of goes and a lot of improvising
bit you can see the finished result. 
I was quite pleased with how it turned hope you like it

Yellow orb in the sky!

 

 

Hope you are having a good bank holiday weekend?  After the awful weather
we have had the last few weeks, the lovely sunshine has been blissful. I am
having a great weekend with my lovely niece Rebecca she has stayed over
with us, as she wanted a cookery lesson!! She now knows how to make
lasagne and garlic bread plus the easiest cheesecake in the world. Besides
the cookery lesson we have also done a little crafting here is  a card I
made for a friends grand daughter you can probably tell she likes mickey
and Minnie mouse.  I love the internet you can find lots of tutorials
on how to make things and that's where I got this from and inspired by
that I also made the cupcakes.

LONG TIME AGO

Long time no hear, you say, I have been away on holiday for a week and its
taken a while to get back into the swing of things.

My friend Monica had a card that someone gave her, that gave me the
idea for this card for one of my mums friends.  Many moons  ago when
I first got the bug for card making I made a card of acetate which I really
liked, so obviously I never made another one, until now that is.  This
is different anyway, I am pretty sure that one would not have had
the same feel, I didnt have my big shot or that many punches so I would
have used bought embellishments instead .  I trimmed the base with this
lovely daisy ribbon that I got on holiday, can you believe in the little
town we were there was a craft shop!!!!!.

this started as a birthday card for my dad , but realising it could look okay if
I put it into a frame, went to our local b & m and got a frame.  I stamped all over
the frame inside with my french foliage set, then i got various stamp sets out to
stamp the pictures.  Went out with plenty of distressing .  Let me know what
you think   Sorry about the picture still havn't worked out how to change photos
round

gasp! shock! horror!  3 in three days you can now expect freak weather at
the very least.  I only found out yesterday it was one of my friends at work
50th birthday on thursday .  So when I got home from work last night first
job was make a card to give her.  Didnt know her favorite colours but I know
she likes bright colours so I went with this scrap of the Sale a bration paper
from Stampin up.
Hope she likes it, I had to keep it simple cos the brain doesnt work that well
after a day at work!!

Another post so soon I here you say.  Here is a  card I made for  A customer
of mine .  The pin wheel die is a new addition to my craft stash and its sat
for a while because I didn't know what to do with it.  I saw a card on google
images and cased the idea totally

Its spring at last

Where does the time go, cant believe its been so long since i've blogged
no excuse other than busy at work.  I have been crafting but dont seem
to have been blogging what i've been making.
This is a card I made for an anniversary card guess which one!!!!  I think
I cased it from one on the stampinpretty.com  blog which i really liked

I will try and blog more regularly but i will not make any promises
