busy, busy, busy

I havn't blogged for a few days, no reason just seemed to
be busy all the time i am going on a craft retreat this
saturday and i have to make a name badge with limited
supplies i have sweated over this badge it is well out
of my comfort zone, it is finished now i  will put
 a picture  on after the weekend.
 One of my favorite customers at work gave me
a picture she had made for me at school.  I decided

to return the favor here is what i came up with.  When i asked
her what she liked she said pink and butterflies which explains
 the colour scheme

its me again

I really think we can expect freak weather conditions third
post in one week, it was my short day at work today. So
i showed willing and did a bit of housework, also even
better we received a free case of wine for swapping our
energy provider this has been stashed away for a rainy
day!! or when we have had a bad day.  In ten days
i am going on a craft retreat which i am really looking
forward to,  we have to make a name badge out of
limited supplies so i have been messing about with this
cant show it till after the retreat though

heres  a card i made for one of my mums friends i got the idea from a card
class i went to, its a double fold and i liked this design i hope she likes it

What a shocker

Well can you believe it no posting for two months then two in two days,
i've had a couple of really crafty days lovely card class on sunday
with monica and then home for a little more crafting here's another

card that i've been working on. This was a card commisioned for  a new
baby she was eleven days late so it has been waiting for all the details  so
it can be personalised I used a lovely teddy bear topper and embellished it
with pearls and a lovely ribbon bow i really liked how it turned out

missing in action

can't believe it has been so long since i posted on my blog, dont really
know why its been so long.  i did have a chest infection which knocked
me for six but have recovered from that finally, onwards and upwards
however. I have been crafting inbetween other things  heres one of

the card i have made recently its for one of my friends at work she is on holiday
when it is her  birthday so i had to make it early it didnt come out exactly as
i planned but do they ever.

more unfinished stuff

here is yet another unfinished item this is something i started last year
before christmas didnt have time to finish it so it got left.  i started
again last week but didnt buy enought ribbon to get it finsished

so i will have to go back and buy some more. It was started with stampin
up material, and i really didnt gel with the colours but i do think it is
coming together with the red and green ribbon i've put a gold bow
on it but i want something else on it but again not too sure what that
is any ideas let me know

Unfinished Business

The title says it all, i seem to have quite a lot of unfinished
craft projects so rather than wait till they are all finished
i would show them unfinished then hopefully when they

are finished , this is going to be an advent picture for  christmas, i think
i may be getting too old for a calender.  It will probably sit there while
i look at it and work out what it is lacking, because i do feel its lacking
something.

Next item is a magnetic bill holder or a decorated giant peg depending
on your viewpoint  i picked the peg up on my travels then decorated it
with some paper and diamantes, i think i might have gone a bit over
board with the diamanted but there you go

Freshly made sketchs

obviously as i am on holiday from work, rather than doing jobs around
the house i am in my card room.

I needed a break from all the white christmas card so i have made
2 with colour today i've used the sketch from Freshly Made Sketches
to give me a head start i really enjoyed making this card yet again

no sentiment but i will probably add one later

need to go make some tea now  catch you later
